Hot Vinyasa Yoga offers hot yoga classes based on traditional yoga asanas, and vinyasa
flow, creating an enjoyable practice for all students and all levels of ability.   Yoga is  for
the flexible and not so flexible, bringing into balance the body we inhabit and care for, a
simple direct way to create the mind body connection is to focus on your breathing,
your breath is your mind body connection.  The success of your yoga practice can only
be measured by the way it makes you feel, if you feel good: you have a beautiful practice.

Practice at Hot Vinyasa Yoga includes vinyasa flow, standing postures and floor
exercise for a complete head to toe workout.  It is important to practice the yoga in a
heated room,  your muscles after they have been "warmed up" resists injury; normally
the body generates heat from the inside of the muscles outwards, a heated room
relaxes the body externally and facilitates the warming up process.
